Here’s How Your NYSC Khaki Can Take You Straight To The Favour Market

February 11, 2020

Remember how they always pray that you will go from labour to favour? We have discovered how your NYSC khaki can make this happen. Grab a seat and learn at our feet.

1. People will be more disposed to help you.

The mindset is that you left your place of comfort to come to a strange land, so they are always willing to go the extra mile.

2. In one day, at least two people will offer to pay your transport fare.

This used to happen a lot during the time of N19,800 allowance. Now that the allowance has increased, the offer might reduce, but it doesn’t mean people won’t offer.

3. Your NYSC khaki can help you to get faster services in banks.

Just tell them that it’s an issue with your NYSC account and they will find a way to move you ahead. Ah, divine favour.

4. You can even get to Aso Rock to meet President Buhari.

On one condition though: You must write him a letter of appreciation in which you refer to him repeatedly as ‘Dear Daddy,’ and tell him that the corpers shed tears of joy when they received the increased allowance.

Did your parents give you enough beans when you were growing up? If they did, then you’re probably around 6’0″ and above. Either way, we created a quiz that can guess your current height (pretty accurately, if we do say so ourselves). Take to see if we nailed it:

2019 is certainly Burna Boy’s year, but, if we are being honest, so was 2018. Since his transcendent mixtape, Outside, the afro-fusion star has refused to get his foot of our necks — dropping a string of fantastic singles and then capping it all off with his career-best album, African Giant.  So, in a bid […]

We already guessed how many people you’ve slept with, and y’all were out here denying the truth. Anyway, we won’t hold that against you. This time, however, we’ve created a quiz that predicts who you’ll sleep with next — so you can either prepare or try (unsuccessfully) to prevent it. So, take and see:

2:49 a.m.  I wake up and I know instantly. I’m sick. Okay, maybe “sick” is a tad dramatic. I have phlegm and it won’t stop until I use some medication. It happens to me every year during harmattan and it’s usually very frustrating. Ugh, now I will be spitting all day. Iyama.  6:36 a.m.  All […]
