December ushers in days when everyone likes to throw their guard down and have unbridled fun. And thanks to the numerous events organised during this period, there are a lot of options. With only about 15 days to the new year, there is still a lot to do. So, as our good deed for today, we have highlighted 8 Detty December events you shouldn’t miss if you can help it.

Zlatan Live: #ZankuToTheWorld (December 18)

Flytime Music Festival (December 20-25)

For 15 years, Flytime promotions have been consistently organising music festivals that leave absolutely nothing to be desired. As it is with their brand, they are going all out again this year to give everyone their money’s worth with the five-day music festival.

Starting from December 20, Eko Hotel Convention Centre will light up with electrifying performances and all-round amazing experience. Perhaps, the most-anticipated concert is Grammy-nominated Afro-fusion star, Burna Boy, who will be taking the stage on December 25.

The other lineups on the first four days of the festival can’t be faulted either, with performances from Koffee at the ‘Pepsi Rhythm Unplugged’, Boyz II Men at the ‘Throwback Concert’, Megan Thee Stallion, and Tiwa Savage at ‘Everything Savage’  in the first four

Kizz Daniel Live In Concert (December 26)

Following his messy split from his former label, Kizz Daniel has been firing on cylinders, churning out more hits and going on tours. The ‘Woju’ singer will be bringing his ‘No Bad Songs’ tour to a close in Lagos on December 26 at the Eko Convention Center. He hasn’t released a bad song yet, and there is little possibility that he will give his fans a bad experience.

Starboy Fest (December 26)

Who doesn’t want a little of the Starboy? Wizkid was a tad quiet in the earliest parts of the year until he came with a bang and assisted Beyonce on the addictive ‘Brown Skin Girl’ track off the ‘Lion King: The Gift’ album. And from there, he has continued making his moves, as he does.

Like other artists, he will be closing the year at home with a much-anticipated concert at Eko Energy City on December 26, where he will be giving his fans and others who make it the ultimate Wizkid experience.

Marlian Fest (December 30)

Let’s control the crowd, shall we?

Naira Marley, against all odds, has created a cult-following in such little time. And on December 30, he will be hoping that they turn up for him at the Eko Convention Center for his Marlian Fest Concert. While we don’t doubt that, we thought you could be a part of it too.
